1. Services

RicWebDesign agrees to provide web design, development, maintenance, and monitoring services as outlined in the specific project agreement or package selected by the client.

2. Payments

A deposit is typically required before commencement of any custom design work. Hourly rates apply for ongoing maintenance outside of established packages.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and other content for the website in a timely manner, unless content creation services have been specifically contracted.

4. Revisions

Web design packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime through our monitoring services, RicWebDesign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
